A guide to having conversations with yourself
1. Make sure you speak to yourself only in your head. No verbal sounds should be made whatsoever.
2. Always expect a reply to your questions
3. NOT to get annoyed with the answers you receive.
4. Facial expressions are forbidden.
5. Always start with a "Hi, how's your day"
6. Be sure to reply, and ask about the other "person's" day, if you are asked.
7. Do not go pass 5 minutes of talk.
8. Hugging and bodily contact is not allowed.
9. See a doctor if you a) conversation exceed an hour and/or b) you like to sleep with that person talking to you.
10. You're not alone.
