The lack of intellectual feed is making me feel stupid.
Or rather, blog surfing is making me feel stupid.
All those lousy english and horrid grammer is nauseating.
Its alright if you can't spell. (like me)
But once you fail to be able to string a reasonable sentence together, I think you ought to be shot dead. Because that just proves that Singapore's confusing emphasis on the English language just crashed out on us.

I shiver everytime I come across blogs with the following:-

Girl are gorgeous.
My shoe are stuck.

Look here ok:

Its either:
The girls are gorgeous (most of us are)
OR
That girl is gorgeous

My shoe is stuck
OR
My shoes are stuck.

I should be patriotic, since its still August. But I think since the beginning of the beginning, we never had a real emphasis on the main language. Listen to us speak. I am ashamed somtimes at how broken our English sound, as compared to our American counterparts.

To put it simply, we are half-fucked.

Don't give me crap now about Malay..
I swear I will get my child (if any) outta Singapore the minute you make Malay lessons compulsary.
