To be very free, or overly busy?

How do you answer something like that? Especially when it was coming from your boss.

I pondered, I wondered, I floundered.

Overly busy.

That is the politically right answer. And coincidentally, that is also my personal answer.
I mean really.
I would rather be overly busy.
Especially since for the past 2 weeks, I have been staring blankly and rather aimlessly into my computer screen.
Willing for time to pass more quickly.
Looking forward to lunch and 5:30.
Its hardly fun.
Its hardly challenging
Its hardly satisfying.

Gone were the days, I was rushing against time to complete my tasks at hand.
To beat the clock.
To be surprised by the time.

I'd rather be overly busy.
Life seems better then.
